The comments came fast and with conviction:

But here’s what they didn’t see: people already knew they had a problem. Every protein on the market either upsets digestion, excludes entire groups of people, or forces a compromise between taste and performance. Consumers didn’t need to be convinced of the issue — they were already frustrated, choking down subpar powders, and begging for something better.
That’s the first rule of business: don’t try to convince people they have a problem. Solve a problem they already know they have.
Better yet: solve the problem everyone else says is impossible. That’s why we built NiHPRO®Family — the world’s first Protein For EveryBODY™.

The Protein Problem Nobody Could Ignore
Fast forward to NiHTEK, and the challenges around protein were even bigger.
Every “non-dairy” protein on the market had glaring flaws:

And then came the global pressures:
- Lactose intolerance is increasing ~10% per year worldwide, making dairy harder to digest for more and more consumers.

When we brought the idea to manufacturers, the resistance was immediate:

We didn’t argue.
Instead, we built our own process.
