Core also plays a central role in NiHTEK’s blending strategy. In selected applications, brands can pair NiHPRO®Core alongside dairy proteins to reduce dependence on volatile whey markets while maintaining a familiar finished-product experience. That said, the final inclusion rate and claim set must always be validated in the actual formula.
Why Gold Is a Significant Step Forward
Gold was developed after years of learning from the broader NiHPRO® platform. It carries forward what worked, while focusing more aggressively on the variables that define a premium product: base aroma, flavour carry, creaminess, solubility, foam behaviour, and how the protein performs as a formula becomes more complex.
This matters because premium RTM and RTD products are judged on a different standard than a basic protein powder. Consumers notice the finish. RTM vs. RTD: Not the Same Challenge
