Most people misunderstand abundance. They think abundance means getting rich, winning big, taking more, and owning more. But the longer I’ve been in business and the deeper I’ve worked on my health and inner foundation the clearer it’s become:

Real abundance is shared growth. It’s not about squandering prosperity on yourself. It’s about creating prosperity that expands the lives of the people around you. If the people around you are not becoming stronger, healthier, and more capable, the business is not truly growing. It’s just extracting.

I’ve seen too many companies run on scarcity. Scarcity leadership often looks like this:

Control everything
Keep people small so you feel big
Withhold opportunity so others stay dependent
Crush potential so you can “own” outcomes
