As we approach the first anniversary of our global launch of NiHPRO® in November 2024, I find myself deeply grateful for the journey, one shaped by innovation, collaboration, and relentless refinement.
Over the past year, we’ve worked closely with an incredible global network of brand partners, formulators, manufacturers, and developers. From the feedback we’ve received, to the trials we’ve supported, to the launches we’ve celebrated—it’s clear that NiHPRO® has already made a real impact. But we’re far from finished.
Today, I’m proud to introduce the next evolution of our foundational ingredient.

NiHPRO®Core 2.0 is the result of a full year of behind-the-scenes R&D; built on everything we’ve learned since our official launch. This is not a reinvention—it’s a thoughtful upgrade. A step forward that respects the present and listens to the future.

To be clear:

remain the same.
NiHPRO®Core 2.0 is a sensory, solubility, and stability upgrade—not a change to the underlying protein matrix.
For brands and manufacturers that have already launched products using NiHPRO Core 1.0 and would like to continue purchasing the current version, you can do so. We will continue supplying Core 1.0 for brands that prefer its original performance characteristics.
🌱 Introducing the NiHPRO®Family – Tailored Protein for EveryBODY™
Launching in parallel with NiHPRO®Core 2.0 is the full NiHPRO®Family—our next-generation lineup of non-dairy protein formats designed for specific product types and functional goals.
The NiHPRO®Family Includes:
