Dr. Reid Reale collaborates with NiHTEK® to advance the science behind KARBFiX®, the Hydration & Energy FIX. Dr. Reid also works on research related to all the branded ingredients at NiHTEK®, as well as high-performance nutrition innovation. A globally recognized sports nutrition scientist and elite athlete with a third-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, he brings two decades of research and applied expertise in fuelling, recovery, and performance optimization to NiHTEK®’s science-first approach.
