During his two decades at Alfa Laval, he was instrumental in building and optimizing protein fractionation and purification plants that now produce some of the highest-quality proteins available on the global market. From dairy proteins to alternative protein isolates and precision hydrolyzed ingredients, Frederik has overseen the development of some of the world’s most advanced protein extraction facilities—ensuring peak efficiency, sustainability, and pharmaceutical-grade precision in protein isolation.
